यदि आप 18 साल या इससे उपर के हैं तो आप अपने लिए ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस का आवेदन भर सकते हैं। लर्नर लाइसेंस के रूप में आप 2 व्हीलर एवं 4 व्हीलर (लाइट मोटर व्हीकल - LMV) के लिए आवेदन भर सकते हैं। एक समयावधि के बाद आप इसे परमानेंट या पक्का करा सकते हैं। जिसमें आपको क्षेत्र के आरटीओ ऑफिस जाना होगा जहां आपका ड्राइविंग टेस्ट होगा। पास होने पर आपका लर्नर लाइसेंस परमानेंट हो जाएगा।

लाइसेंस संबंधी किसी भी जानकारी अथवा सुविधा के लिए निम्न पोर्टल पर विजिट करें;

Dl सम्बन्धी सर्विसेज कैसे मिलेगी:
इसके लिए आपको ऊपर दी गई लिंक पर क्लिक करना है। होम पेज पर आपको ऊपर left corner पर three bar बटन पर क्लिक करना है। अब सेवाओं की एक लंबी सूची आपके सामने खुलेगी। यहां आपको Informational service में आना है जहां आपको DL सम्बन्धी सभी सर्विसेज की लिंक एवम जानकारी मिलेगी।
Check licence details: इस लिंक पर क्लिक कर ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस का स्टेटस चेक कर सकते हैं। इसके लिए आपको dl number एवं date of birth की आवश्यकता होगी।
Learner's licence application: इस लिंक पर क्लिक कर आप लाइसेंस हेतु आवेदन कर पाएंगे। लेकिन ध्यान दें पहले आवेदन की पूरी प्रक्रिया को जांच लें अन्यथा कोई भी गलती होने पर आपको probelm का सामना करना पड़ सकता है।
Age limit to obtain Driving Licence
An applicant under the age of eighteen years shall be granted a learner's license to drive a motor cycle without gear except with the consent in writing of the person having the care of the person desiring a learner's license.
The applicant who has completed the age of eighteen years of age is eligible to apply for a driving licence to drive a motor vehicle other than a transport vehicle.
An applicant who has completed twenty years of age will be eligible for applying for a licence to drive a transport vehicle.
ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस की fees एवं charges
1. Issue of learner’s licence in Form 3 for each class of vehicle Rs. 150.00/-
2. Learner’s licence test fee or repeat test fee, as the case may be Rs. 50.00/-
3. For test, or repeat test, as the case may be, of competence to drive (for each class of vehicle) Rs. 300.00/-
4 Issue of a driving licence Rs. 200.00/-
5 Issue of International Driving Permit Rs. 1000.00/-
6. Addition of another class of vehicle to driving licence Rs. 500.00/-
7. Renewal of driving licence Rs. 200.00/-
7. Endorsement or renewal of authorisation for vehicle carrying hazardous goods Rs. 1000.00/-
